Quality
Great cocktails aren’t compromised. That’s why we use the highest quality ingredients to mix a balanced drink. No artificial sugars, dyes, or any bullshit of the sort. Fresh herbs and fruits infused with top spirits to create a superior drinking experience for your occasion.
Efficiency
Too often when I try to order a nice cocktail, I’ll end up settling for a vodka soda or whiskey rocks. The bar was crowded, bartender looked stressed, etc. There’s no getting around the fact that some cocktails are more time consuming than others. By incorporating pre-batched cocktail kegs with our signature recipes, a cucumber basil mojito will come out just as quickly as a vodka soda, saving time for both parties, and leaving more time to party!
Consistency
Consistency matters. We’ve all been to a bar where getting a good drink is like a game of roulette. Mixer is here to change that. Whether we’re free pouring or tapping kegs, rest assured that your cocktails will be consistently delicious. Each recipe has gone through countless iterations and probably more taste tests than necessary. It’s tough work, but somebody has to do it!

We’re Haden and Dylan, your friendly bartenders on the Central Coast and the faces behind Mixer Cocktail Co! We started Mixer with the idea that craft cocktails can be efficient. From working at high end cocktail bars making smoked old fashioneds, to college clubs pumping out vodka sodas, we’ve seen both sides of the industry throughout our years behind a bar. Mixer’s goal is to get you that smoked old fashioned just as quickly as the vodka soda. How? The answer is pre-batched cocktail kegs and barrels mixed right before your event.
